More than a month has passed since the war in Ukraine began. But God’s people continue to practice hospitality (Romans 12:13). As you read through this report from one SGA-supported church in Ukraine, would you pray for this faithful group of believers? May they be strong, courageous, and ever persevering as they serve their neighbors and share the love of Jesus Christ!
Every day, 45 to 50 people from neighboring homes come to our House of Prayer. Here we provide meals for them, and they are able to hear from the Word of God. We pray for them and they hear our prayers.
We also give the New Testaments; people are now very open to hear God’s Word.
Previously, we could not get unbelievers from our neighborhood to come to our church, but now they do every day. Praise God!
Please, pray for these people; they are frightened and it is now that they are ready to listen to the Gospel. May God give repentance in their hearts and change their lives!
In a time of great fear and uncertainty, God is bringing help, healing, and hope to the people of Ukraine through SGA-supported pastors, churches, a seminary, and SGA-sponsored Compassion Ministry. Be a part of God’s incredible work with your generosity and prayer support.
Your gift of compassion helps struggling people with emergency aid that generally includes food, medicine, warm clothing, shoes, and Scripture materials.
