At one church in Ukraine, there are no men. And yet, an elderly widow still has hope this winter season. God sees her and knows she is struggling to survive in extreme conditions. And through the generosity of friends like you, He is equipping the body of Christ to provide a source of heat and minister to hurting hearts with the hope of the Gospel.
The widow shares her story and gratitude . . .
The church in [this region] was founded more than 20 years ago. Unfortunately, there are few members left today. Many have passed away, and several sisters have gone abroad due to the war. There are no brothers in our church, almost all the sisters are elderly. That is why it is very difficult for us to get through the heating season. We are not able to buy firewood on our own.
Nevertheless, the meetings continue. People from the church come to us to conduct worship services and a small Bible study group. We sincerely thank you for your help. We have purchased firewood. We thank God for your sincere hearts! That you work and serve. Your help is very important and valuable to us! May the Lord bless you!
