Editor’s Note: The images and report below were provided by an SGA-supported pastor in Ukraine.
Pastor Vlad and members from his SGA-supported church in Ukraine have continued to live out Proverbs 3:27: “Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to do it.” And that “good” is showing up with every opportunity to share the Gospel, every truckload of food, every grocery bag handed out, and every person (or beloved pet) who is evacuated.
Here is Pastor Vlad’s latest report on the frontlines of the war in Ukraine . . .
“Everything in the city is also dangerous, people spend most of their time in basements, waiting for the best. We took from the basement an elderly married couple who had been living in the basement for the last couple of months, parted with their “partners” with tears in their eyes. Today, two cats, two chinchillas and two hamsters were also evacuated . . . and such an evacuation happens.”
