Each year, tens of thousands of unsaved children and their families come to Immanuel’s Child events held by local churches that SGA serves. As you can see from the event pictured here at Pastor Chris’ church in Poland, the hearts of these kids burst with joy as they learn who Jesus is. And they are excited to receive a Star of Bethlehem ornament—signed by and provided thanks to the generosity of friends like you.

When the Star of Bethlehem ornaments are given out at an Immanuel’s Child celebration, often there is a line of children who each ask to hear how to pronounce the name of the family that is on their star. A child might even ask a couple of times, committing that name to memory, so they remember that’s the family in America who is praying for them.

Immanuel’s Child is the beginning of this life-change for despairing girls and boys and their families. This ministry brings children into the Kingdom for long-term discipleshipwhere God transforms their lives and the lives of people all around them. Through Immanuel’s Child, they get plugged in to weekly Bible studies and biblically sound churches . . . and grow spiritually.
