SGA’s Historic Work in Israel

SGA has supported churches in Israel for years‚ as well as the Russian language training at Israel College of the Bible. Many refugees from the former Soviet Union settled in Israel over the decades. Many are believers in Christ from Jewish backgrounds. Many others do not know Jesus.

Then the Ukraine War turned the stream of refugees to Israel into a flood. SGA-supported churches were there in Israel to minister to them, just as they were for Ukrainian refugees in Poland and Moldova.

But what Christian and Jewish Ukrainian refugees in Israel did NOT know was that they were jumping from the frying pan into the fire. From one war to another.

Yet God has used the evil attacks on Israel to open the door for SGA-supported churches in Israel to share the love and Gospel of Jesus, with people who are suddenly hurting, hungry, and looking for love and answers.
