Please lift up Elena, her husband and four children, and Alyona and her three children. Both displaced families are in the care of an SGA-supported church in Ukraine. “Thanks to the church, I found my way to God,” Alyona says. And for Elena, she knows that “we probably would not have been alive, but the Lord saved us.” Both have heartbreaking stories to tell and have suffered horribly. But in this suffering God was leading them to Him. May He strengthen each family and help them grow more and more into the image of His Son.
