Editor’s Note: The report and images below were provided by an SGA-supported pastor in Ukraine.

Pastor Igor is a weary pastor in Ukraine who sees you in the same light as the Good Samaritan. You did not continue on in your life and your own cares, but turned to minister to those you may never know and will never meet—through your generous support and prayers.

May God bless pastors like Igor and his congregants as they proclaim the Gospel. And may He bless you and friends like you who stand with those churches we serve, as they minister to many who are lost and in great need.

Warm greetings!

It is a great privilege to serve our people, our nation in the days of war and to bring them the Gospel. We thank God for your commitment, for your service, for your sacrifice, dear friends at SGA.

We have received food aid from you, and three churches in our district were able to welcome the needy and distribute food packages to them. The Lord is working in their hearts so that we do not sleep, but see all these needy people around us and hasten to fulfill the Great Commission of Christ.

Thank you for not standing aside. Through you, God helps us, His children, in these difficult times, and we also share with unbelievers who need salvation first of all, the Word of God and then physical bread.

Pastor Igor

In a time of great uncertainty, God is bringing help, healing, and hope to the people of Ukraine through SGA-supported pastors, churches, a seminary, and SGA-sponsored Compassion Ministry. Be a part of God’s incredible work with your generosity and prayer support.

Your gift of compassion helps struggling people with emergency aid that generally includes Scripture materials, food, medicine, warm clothing, and shoes.
