While we pray for the war to end in Ukraine, we also ask God to continue working through His people to reach more souls for His Kingdom. SGA-supported Pastor Dima, Pastor Vlad, and their ministry team are some of the heroes of the faith you can lift up today.
They recently travelled to a badly damaged region for ministry. Even in the midst of another round of missiles and drones, these faithful servants kept providing emergency relief and the hope of the Gospel to the truly suffering.
What they saw—and what you’ll see in the images and video below of people gathering in a dark and dank basement for life and protection—are the effects of relentless shelling and rockets that have robbed most of comfort. Pray for these people and the teams visiting them, and may we all be reminded to be grateful for any amount of comfort and peace in our lives. It is a blessing.
Translation: “This is a shelter in Gulyaypole. In such conditions people live, fix food. They have some veggies here. Today we brought them food aid. Please, pray for God’s safety for the people of Gulyaypole and for Ukraine.”
In a time of great uncertainty, God is bringing help, healing, and hope to the people of Ukraine through SGA-supported pastors, churches, a seminary, and SGA-sponsored Compassion Ministry. Be a part of God’s incredible work with your generosity and prayer support.
Your gift of compassion helps struggling people with emergency aid that generally includes Scripture materials, food, medicine, warm clothing, and shoes.
