Editor’s Note: The story below was provided by an SGA-supported seminary in Ukraine.
When the enemy shelled the campus of Irpen Biblical Seminary earlier this year in Ukraine, the school’s iconic green roofs were destroyed. Second-floor classrooms were badly damaged, and so was the campus kitchen (as you can see in the before image).
Today, after months of rebuilding and restoring, the seminary is open for the fall semester. We thank God for His hand of protection and provision and pray His Word will continue to go forth in the next generation of pastors and leaders who are training for ministry.
“Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.” (Ephesians 3:20-21)
In a time of great uncertainty, God is bringing help, healing, and hope to the people of Ukraine through SGA-supported pastors, churches, a seminary, and SGA-sponsored Compassion Ministry. Be a part of God’s incredible work with your generosity and prayer support.
Your gift of compassion helps struggling people with emergency aid that generally includes Scripture materials, food, medicine, warm clothing, and shoes.
